Every newly recruited export specialist completes an intensive 7-day technical onboarding curriculum: Day 1: Chenghai Injection & Yiwu Foaming Plant Walkthrough; Day 2: 10-Step Rapid RFQ Screening & Spam Filtering; Day 3: ASTM F963-23, EN 71, and CPSIA Safety Testing Directives; Day 4: Haitian Press Metallurgy, Tooling Steels (S136 vs NAK80), and DFM Basics; Day 5: 20GP/40HQ Container CBM Stacking & Ocean Freight Calculation; Day 6: Quid-Pro-Quo Price Negotiation & Concession Matrix Drills; Day 7: Live Mock RFQ Defense and Certification Examination.

Junior representatives must immediately deploy the 5 Golden Qualifying Questions upon receiving any overseas buyer inquiry: 1) What is your target destination country and mandatory testing directive (e.g., US ASTM F963 vs EU EN71)?; 2) What is your estimated annual purchase volume and anticipated first trial order quantity?; 3) Do you require standard catalog SKUs with custom branding, or a bespoke private-mold development?; 4) What is your mandatory in-store delivery or port discharge deadline?; 5) What are your retail packaging specifications (e.g., window box, blister card, PDQ countertop display, or bulk master carton)?

To eliminate sample inventory depletion from hobbyists and fake sourcing agents, junior specialists must strictly enforce our sample dispatch protocol: standard catalog samples are provided free of charge, but international courier freight (DHL, FedEx, UPS) must be paid upfront by the buyer or charged to their active corporate courier account.
